Integration Circle #115 -Carmen Ostrander

  • Qi Integrated Health 1764 West 7th Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6J Canada (map)

About Our Integration Circles:

At The Flying Sage, we believe that true transformation takes time—and that integration is just as important as the experience itself. Whether you’re moving through a personal awakening, a season of change, or an intentional inner journey, our Integration Circles are a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

While we often advocate for tools like breath, movement, sound, and nature-based practices to support growth and alignment, this circle is a conversation-based gathering. It's a place to share your story, ask questions, and feel supported in community. You don't need to have had any specific type of experience to attend—just a willingness to be present and connect.

Join us for an evening of honest reflection and meaningful connection. You’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Before attending our circle, please make sure you have read our Integration Circle Agreements here. Please note as well that you must register below to attend these circles. We do not accept walk-ins for these events as we have limited seating.

About Facilitator:

Carmen Ostrander

Carmen Ostrander MA - is a community centred therapist and supervisor in independent practice. Her collaborative approach draws from a long history of engagement with the arts and transpersonal art therapy, which welcomes non-ordinary states of consciousness as catalysts for growth and insight. Additional training in Narrative Therapy (MA) situates this work in the social, cultural and political context each person brings to the relationship.

As a life long substance user in contexts sacred, therapeutic and profane, her secular creative approach straddles the gap between clinical and spiritual frameworks, centering principles of harm reduction, skill development, cognitive liberty, creativity and relational consciousness.

Currently part the Ketamine facilitation team at Qi, Carmen has also trained and offered supervision and training in psychedelic DEI and art therapy for the non-profit Therapsil and completed the graduate micro program in psychedelics and spirituality with the University of Ottawa. In 2023 she was named as one of 75 influential and disruptive women in psychedelics by Double Blind Magazine.
