Integration Circle #29 - One Year Anniversary Celebration
A year ago we approached Qi Integrated Health with the idea to run integration circles together and here we are, 1 year later and we have run a circle every other week since! We are grateful for this partnership and excited to celebrate our integration circle anniversary in style with Kiem Schutter facilitating breathwork and dance!
Flying Sage x TheraPsil Integration Circle
No matter how "good" or "bad" our psychedelic experiences are, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together. We are excited to be collaborating with TheraPsil on this upcoming integration circle.
Untitled Event
We are very excited to share with you a special integration circle towards the end of the month.
Gathering in a beautiful courtyard around a cozy fire, we come to connect to share our insights and experiences from expanded states of consciousness.
During the evening we will also incorporate a fire ceremony to celebrate the Summer Solstice, a celebration of the longest day, the sun, and illumination! Invoking the alchemical power of Fire, we illuminate the shadow and shed the old to bring in fresh new beginnings.
And.. you can't have a fire and not bring out the guitar! Throughout the night we will be sharing in song, so please bring any instruments.
This event will be facilitated by our wonderful friends Aga & Deus from The Somaheart. Address will be released to those that sign up.

Breathwork
We offer both powerful and gentle breathwork ceremonies weaving storytelling, meditation and rhythm to create a safe container for you to explore the deep wisdom that your body has within it.

Expansion Seminars
These in person events put the spotlight on knowledgeable people in our community who come to share about specific topics. These events also focus on providing good networking and socializing opportunities.

Integration circles
Psychedelic experiences can be some of the most potent in our life and require some time to weave back into our model of the world and how we see ourselves in it. No matter how "good" or "bad" these experiences can be, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together.

Cannabis Ceremonies
Cannabis is oftentimes overlooked as a spiritual tool. During these intimate ceremonies we focus on how cannabis can be used with intention as we sit together in meditation and sound. Together we use cannabis to navigate emotion and find stillness in a powerful way while being guided by a live musical experience.

Cold Plunges
In the Spring and Winter, we meet at 7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach. We start with 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathwork, then we plunge and usually do a bit of Qi-Gong after. We seek to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so during the plunge itself, we remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold. We encourage anyone to attend these events no matter your experience with cold-water.

Dance & Parties
We’ve hosted some wonderful parties over the years combining breathwork, ecstatic dance and sound into unforgettable evenings of connection, joy and community. Our primary dance offering is Lumio, an ecstatic dance event.
