About This Event: Psilocybin Breathwork Ceremony
We invite you to another deeply nourishing Spiral Breathwork ceremony with facilitator Alejandro. Held at Kits Beach (near the Kitsilano Showboat), this ceremony blends breath, rhythm, storytelling, and meditation to help you access the healing intelligence of your body in a safe, intentional space.
This is a gentle journey. You’ll be guided through breathwork techniques designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness. Whether you're coming to reconnect with your body, release stored emotion, or simply be in community—this is your space to do so, at your own pace.
