Embodied Freedom - Radiant Expansion

This is the third and final workshop of our new Embodiment Series. Each workshop builds on the previous ones, although they’re all structured in such a way that anyone can drop in and still have a well-rounded experience.

Now that we’ve arrived within ourselves and reclaimed our sovereignty, the body is free to expand. This final workshop is a celebration of embodied freedom - the playful, expressive, liberated self that emerges when we find deeper trust and alignment within our whole being.

We will combine the embodiment of all 3 themes into a session that creates a felt sense of yourself as both rooted and limitless. We’ll take “freedom” from a concept of the mind to a lived truth that radiates from deep within you. You’ll be guided to illuminate the body from inside out with your awareness, to move in ways that honor and express your sovereign self, and to expand beyond your habitual self to embrace the possibilities that have yet to be explored. We’ll end with some space for community sharing and connection, so you can settle more deeply into your experience and gain new insights from your fellow attendees.

About Your Facilitator:

Shannon Solieva

Shannon Solieva is a Somatic Therapist, Psychedelic Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher with a passion for exploring the vast oceans of the Great Mystery. The entirety of her practice is devoted to helping people (re)connect to their whole selves, and to come into a felt sense of coherence through all of their layers – body, mind, spirit, and the subconscious. She also loves helping people embrace and transmute the ineffable - the things they feel so vividly, yet struggle to make sense of (or even put into words).

She is firmly planted at the altar of the body, always finding new and creative ways of bringing the multifaceted human experience into an embodied, coherent whole. She loves distilling everything she’s learned in the vast fields of psychology, somatics, mysticism, and medicine work into simple embodied practices that can help us arrive more fully into the breadth of our whole selves.

You can find out more about Shannon and her work on her website.
