#16 - Sex & Psychedelics

Welcome to Episode 16 of the The Flying Sage Podcast! In this episode we will be sharing live audio from an event we hosted in November of 2023. In this seminar, we explored the powerful interplay between Sex and Psychedelics.

Sex can be such an important element of the human experience and pleasure is just one aspect of this. Understanding how sensuality and pleasure are intertwined with the psychedelic experience is important to discuss; especially from an ethical perspective as these expanded states of consciousness often put us in vulnerable states. But ultimately, this is an important topic because we are all impacted by sexuality in one way or another.

For this panel we brought together a group of four knowledgeable panelists who shared their insights and perspectives with us including Angela Leong, Daniel Kline, Jess Rodwell and Daka Ziji.

Why sex and psychedelics?

How can psychedelics be integrated into a therapeutic framework to explore and address aspects of sexual well-being and relationships?

In what ways do psychedelics contribute to fostering mindfulness in the realm of sexual experiences, enhancing the mind-body connection?

How can psychedelic experiences shift the way we look at sex?
