Join Our Expanding Network of Facilitators

Our community is composed of many different facilitators contributing their gifts towards our mission of making effective psychedelic integration more accessible. We are now accepting applications for facilitators who are passionate about creating engaging and meaningful events with our community.

If you have experience facilitating events, a deep understanding of psychedelic healing, and a passion for creating peak experiences through your work, we would love to hear from you!

As a facilitator with our community, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the world. You will have the support of our community leaders and the flexibility to design events that align with your passions and interests.

Our Main Event Types

  • Expansion Seminars

    Hosted once per month, these in person events put the spotlight on knowledgeable experts in the psychedelic space who come to share about specific topics related to their field. These events also focus on creating a fun and inviting space where community members can network with one another and further strengthen connection in both the underground and above ground space

  • Kits Meetups

    Every Wednesday we gather as a community to connect and expand together. For these events, we invite local facilitators to join us in offering unique workshops with a different theme each week. Through these events, we seek to offer transformation, connection and peak experiences all while providing a container to connect with other like-minded people in the community.

  • Integration Circles

    Hosted bi-weekly, our Integration Circles are our most consistent offering. Psychedelic experiences can be some of the most potent in our life and require some time to weave back into our model of the world and how we see ourselves in it. No matter how "good" or "bad" these experiences can be, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together.

Our exchange ModEl

Currently, we primarily exchange facilitation for community exposure, especially with free events such as our integration circles. Our primary offering to you as a facilitator is connection to our expanding community and to a wide audience here in Vancouver and beyond. Some of the main benefits of facilitating with The Flying Sage are…

  • Exposure through our social media and email marketing channels. We have a loyal and dedicated audience that might be interested in attending your other offerings or being a client with your private practice.

  • Coaching around your offering. We have hosted and witnessed a lot of different wellness events and have developed an understanding of what makes a great event. A rising tide should raise all ships and if you would like us to offer feedback on your offering, we can!

  • Networking opportunities. If you are looking to advance yourself in the Vancouver psychedelic space, our community is a great place to learn how to do that.

Regarding financial compensation, all of our events are arranged differently but for the most part, we offer 60% of non-member ticket sales to facilitators in addition to the benefits listed above.

As we grow, we hope to source more of our revenue through sponsorship. In the case where we have extra sponsors for your event, there will be additional financial energy directed to you and your facilitation.
