About This Event: Tantric Breathwork

Tantric Breathwork (breath + energetics + movement) With Chandni Sidhpura

A sacred journey into embodied awakening.

Join us for an immersive and soul-nourishing practice of Tantra. This is a return to the authentic essence within— as a living tradition of embodied liberation, inner stillness, and divine connection to self. This practice is a sacred return through conscious breath, intuitive movement, and subtle energy practices. You’ll be guided into deep presence — calming the nervous system, expanding your awareness, and gently unraveling the layers that separate you from your divine self. Join our sacred space to be with your body, your breath, and your truth.

This is a decolonized, culturally-respectful approach to Tantra, guided by someone within the lineage. Participants are invited to join with humility, reverence, and respect for the sacred teachings of India — honoring the roots of these practices as living wisdom within.

All bodies, identities, and levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a journal, water, and wear comfortable clothes for movement.

About Your Facilitators:

Chandni Sidhpura

This journey is held by Chandni, a practitioner of Indian heritage, walking the Tantric path through lived experience and cultural lineage. Her facilitation invites you into the heart of the practice: one that honors the ancient wisdom traditions of India while making them accessible, alive, and relevant for the modern nervous system.

Chandni is deeply rooted in the sacred teachings of her lineage, drawing from a rich heritage of Indian yogic and energetic traditions. Coming from a family line of yogis and energy workers, these practices are not only her passion — they are part of her lived cultural and spiritual inheritance. Chandni is devoted to expanding consciousness and facilitating states of transcendence through traditional Eastern practices and altered states of awareness. She embodies the path she walks, guiding others with integrity, reverence, and a deep respect for the wisdom of her ancestors. Her work is offered in full acknowledgement and honor of the teachings she carries from her heritage.

By profession Chandni is a registered Clinical Psychotherapist, and has been working in healthcare since 2014. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as PTSD/trauma. She is the founder of @TheTherapeuticCentre and is also a TheraPsil certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist. Chandni has 14 years of clinical experience working within Primary Care Psychology for the National Health Service (NHS). Followed by 4 years as the Clinical Director of Talking Therapies & Counselling services for the leading mental health charity in the United Kingdom, MIND. Chandni uses evidence-based psychological interventions that have been trialed within healthcare, proven to have effective outcomes and facilitate change. She is accredited/registered in Canada with the CPA, CCPA, and CACBT. In the United Kingdom with the BABCP and (PSA) Professional Standards Authority, as well across Europe with the EABCT. She is passionate about improving access to psychological support and working with marginalized populations, ethnic minority groups, diversity and difference.
