Resonance & Release: A Sound, Movement, and Breath Journey for Nervous System Reset

  • Kitsilano Beach 2300 Cornwall Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6K 1B6 Canada (map)

About This Event:

Join us for a transformative 2.5-hour immersive experience designed to restore balance, cultivate inner harmony, and awaken embodied vitality through the healing powers of sound, movement, and breath. Rooted in nervous system support and somatic awareness, this workshop invites you to explore practices that nourish resilience, deepen presence, and open authentic expression.

Through sound liberation practices, we’ll explore vocal play and intuitive toning to free the voice and release emotional blockages. In our song circle and mantra session, we’ll co-create a safe and uplifting space for group singing—activating connection, joy, and the calming effects of rhythmic sound.

Guided somatic movement and play will support reconnection with the body’s wisdom, promoting groundedness and regulation through gentle, expressive movement. We'll integrate these experiences with intentional gentle  breathwork, cultivating inner stillness, expanding capacity, and engaging the vagus nerve to downshift into rest and repair.

Whether you’re new to these practices or experienced, this workshop offers a gentle yet powerful reset—inviting you into deeper relationship with your voice, body, breath, and nervous system.

What to Expect:

  • Vocal toning & sound liberation techniques

  • Group singing, song circle, and mantra chanting

  • Somatic movement & playful embodiment exercises

  • Breath practices to support regulation and release

  • A warm, inclusive, and trauma-informed container

Who is it for?

This workshop is open to all levels of experience and is especially supportive for those seeking to reduce stress, explore creative expression, or deepen nervous system regulation through embodied practice.
