About This Event
We are excited to welcome you to Ganja Yoga. This event incorporates cannabis with a yoga practice at Kitsilano Beach. This workshop will include intention setting, a traditional yoga class, guided meditation, and integration cycle, all in community. Our intention is to leave you feeling euphoric, grounded and connected to self.
This event is about cultivating a healthy, intentional relationship with cannabis, focusing on how it can be used for inner healing, growth, and exploration. We will be working with small doses, emphasizing mindfulness and presence to deepen our connection with the plant’s wisdom.
Please note: This event is BYOC (Bring Your Own Cannabis). We cannot provide guests with cannabis in accordance to regulations, but there is a conveniently located dispensary near the beach and our facilitators are happy to provide some suggested favourites. We encourage guests to smoke their cannabis for these events and we are happy to offer suggestions on how best to consume if you have any questions.
The ceremony is about intentional use, and participation in cannabis consumption is completely optional.
