Integration Circle #66 - Katie Hamar

  • Qi Integrated Health 1764 West 7th Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6J Canada (map)

About Our Integration Circles:

Hello Flying Sage,

Psychedelics are great tools for exploring consciousness and furthering our self-understanding. These experiences can be some of the most potent in our life and require some time to weave back into our model of the world and how we see ourselves in it. No matter how "good" or "bad" these experiences can be, they are most transformative when we take the time to reflect and integrate them together.

The Flying Sage is welcoming you to join us at our Psychedelic Integration Circle with special guest facilitator Katie Hamar. This will be a space where you can come share your experiences in a safe, intentional and supportive setting. The primary purpose of these circles to help with integration after a psychedelic experience. However, these circles can also serve as great opportunities for preparation. If you are thinking about having a psychedelic journey, this is also a great space to bring your questions and curiosity.

Before attending our circle, please make sure you have read our Integration Circle Agreements here. Please note as well that you must register below to attend these circles. We do not accept walk-ins for these events as we have limited seating.

About Our Facilitator: Katie Hamar

Katie is the creator of NAHLA Community and has been holding space professionally for over a decade. She hosts weekly women’s circles in Vancouver, and is NAHLA’s Alignment Coach. She is also a passionate yoga teacher and poet, which she weaves into her work regularly. With an internationally-recognized coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, Katie began her journey as a coach five years ago in the field of holistic health, primarily nutrition. Working with clients, she quickly realized that while the food we put into our bodies is of course important, what is even more vital in the support of wellbeing are authentic purpose, relationships (foremost with the self), and alignment.

Katie is deeply passionate about community building and sharing the profound impact connection can have on our vitality and empowerment. As a coach, she helps guide clients inwards to their innate, unique power, authenticity and alignment so that they can live the lives they’re meant for. She also continues to weave aspects of holistic health/healing into her spaces, including healthy habit creation and foundational homeostasis guidance. She believes “life’s curriculum” is never fully complete and that there are always more juicy edges of growth to uncover, but with deep self-intimacy and compassion spurred through the catalyst of connection, we can learn to dance through life and awake to the magic of it all.
